1/12/23 --- A mummified lizard and finishing up the Cow satire...

 Woof. Today was a crazy day at work. The first half was totally normal and not bad at all, but 3pm rolled around and every single person east of the Mississippi had a fucking emergency that they waited ALL DAY before telling anyone about it. So, as usual, I logged off at 5pm and called it done. Other people's irresponsibility is not my concern. If they can wait until the last minute to submit, then they can wait until tomorrow for an answer. Gotta keep that work/life balance in check.

So I got a new wok today, a carbon steel one that is supposed to be super nice. I love it, made dinner with it tonight. However, it came with a wooden lid and the lid had a mummified lizard stuck to it... 

At first, I thought it was a logo, but when I poked it I realized it was, in fact, a real lizard. The boys and I had a good laugh about it and I reached out to the product team for the wok. I'm sure they'll probably replace the lid, but I'm not too worried. It's such a small thing and it doesn't really bother me.

Today was the 4th day in the Facebook ad class I'm taking and I did put up two ads today! I'm waiting to see what kind of results I get over the next few days, but I'm hoping to bring in more audience at the very least. I'm trying to find all my gay fantasy lovers out there and I'm gonna figure it out! I ALSO had two videos get over 2500 views on TikTok today, so that brought in a few more pre-orders for Alpha's Rejection! I really hope people love it because I had a lot of fun writing the story and it's steamy in all the right places IMO. I hope it will be a hit because I'm ready to write book #2!

The Quest for Cowmelot is officially underway! I began working through the already-written chapters and I'm making edits as I go. My plan is to edit up to where I left off (about 95k words) and then write through to the end of the book. It officially comes out on March 2nd, 2023, so I don't have a huge amount of time to finish it, but I also don't anticipate it's going to be a massive undertaking. The vast majority of it is already done, so I should be done fairly quickly. I would love to release it early, but I don't want to get ahead of myself. For now I just need to focus on making my original deadline.

3/6/23 --- Back from Vacation

 Hello all, Typing this from my phone today because the internet is out for some reason. But just wanted to say that I'm officially back from vacation. We went down to Florida for a week and stayed at a Disney resort, which was pretty cool. It was really neat to see all the things at the parks that I've grown up watching. We even went to Universal Studios, but that was pretty boring compared to disney honestly. I think I'd like to go back down there again someday, but man do I hate planes. Ugh. I'll just drive next time or something and stay for like a month, get a short term rental or whatever.  But we made it back and I've been spending the past week writing my butt off. During vacation, I was able to finish not one, but TWO books. The Quest for Cowmelot was finished and released on 2/27 while Beta's Bliss was finished in the past couple of days and it's set to release on 3/8. I'm really excited to see how both of them do, although it looks like Cowmel...
