2/1/23 --- New Cover and more writing

 Hey all! Well, I forgot to share this the other day, but I figured I will now!

Here is the official cover for Beta's Bliss, book #2 of the Tales of the Tellurian Pack! I really love how this turned out, especially the purple tones! I see a lot of romance books using black and red, so I wanted to do something a little different. The purple and gold gives it more of that spooky/paranormal vibe, which I really love. And of course, hot guys plus moon equals shifter romance. Duh.

Preorders are rolling in for the book, which is amazing! I'm so glad people are excited about this series. I'm a bit over 16000 words into this book and it's turning out a little bit different than the previous one. Instead of a murder mystery like the last book, this one centers around Leo who is trying to balance a ridiculous amount of stuff all at once. Meanwhile he's struggling with the fact that he's attracted to a guy for the first time in his life and the guy in question is great, but also a bit more forward than he's comfortable with. I think it's a more traditional romance approach to the story while still keeping the werewolfy goodness and of course, those steamy sex scenes ;)


Other than that, I'm also working on Cowmelot. Managed to get a few more words written on that today, although it's not moving as fast as I'd like it. I wish I could just grind out 2000 words every day on it, but between work and trying to have any modicum of a personal life, I don't really have the energy to force it out. The romance comes easily, but fantasy, especially something that's supposed to be humorous, takes a bit more effort. Hopefully it moves a little bit easier as I get further into it. After all, I haven't worked on this story for almost 3 months now, so I'm still getting back into the swing of it.

Sales are still amazing, so that's a huge plus :) I also scheduled out a few free days for Alpha's Rejection at the end of February and bought ads for those days from big email list companies. That should hopefully help me get rid of 1000-2000 copies in a single weekend and hopefully push book 2 super high in the store with the read-through! By then I'll have book 3 up for preorder as well, which should round out this series before I move into another with even more monsters :)

3/6/23 --- Back from Vacation

 Hello all, Typing this from my phone today because the internet is out for some reason. But just wanted to say that I'm officially back from vacation. We went down to Florida for a week and stayed at a Disney resort, which was pretty cool. It was really neat to see all the things at the parks that I've grown up watching. We even went to Universal Studios, but that was pretty boring compared to disney honestly. I think I'd like to go back down there again someday, but man do I hate planes. Ugh. I'll just drive next time or something and stay for like a month, get a short term rental or whatever.  But we made it back and I've been spending the past week writing my butt off. During vacation, I was able to finish not one, but TWO books. The Quest for Cowmelot was finished and released on 2/27 while Beta's Bliss was finished in the past couple of days and it's set to release on 3/8. I'm really excited to see how both of them do, although it looks like Cowmel...
