2/20/23 --- Book 3 Cover is here!

 

Hey Everyone!

Sorry for the lack of posting the past couple of days, I have been elbow-deep in writing like a madman to try to get Cowmelot finished in time for its release! Last week I wrote 28,000 words and I've probably still got 10k more to go before the book is finished, so I'm CRANKING on that.

That being said, I wanted to share the new cover with you for Gamma's Dive, book #3 of the Tales of the Tellurian Pack! I really love how this one turned out! Each book in the series has a distinct color scheme and I love the way they all look together, it's super visually appealing! I've gone ahead and put up the pre-order for this book, so that should be live in the next 24 hours. I set it for the end of June, but I fully intend to have this book out in April. Usually, I give myself too much time on purpose just in case something comes up in my personal life. But I don't anticipate anything crazy besides trying to put the garden in. That will definitely be taking up a lot of time, haha.

This book will follow Cooper and Adrian, two younger characters in the pack. Cooper is introduced in Book 2 and is actually a fairly well-rounded character. He'll be the first in the series that knows he's gay and doesn't have any hangups about that. But don't you worry, he's got lots of other hangups and trust issues! He meets Adrian, a PhD biology student at the local university and they hit it off FAST. But when a series of mysterious attacks take place around Adrian and his marine research, Cooper starts to suspect something else might be going on.

It's gonna be a good book :)

Other than that, I'm working mostly on writing and packing today. Tomorrow the boys and I are flying out to Florida for a week on vacation. I will do my best to update ya'll as the week goes, but my posts might be a little more sporadic. Don't worry though, I'm taking my computer and I'll be writing as often as I can! The goal is to finish at least two books on this vacation (Cowmelot and Beta's Bliss) and get several more roughed out for future releases!

3/6/23 --- Back from Vacation

 Hello all, Typing this from my phone today because the internet is out for some reason. But just wanted to say that I'm officially back from vacation. We went down to Florida for a week and stayed at a Disney resort, which was pretty cool. It was really neat to see all the things at the parks that I've grown up watching. We even went to Universal Studios, but that was pretty boring compared to disney honestly. I think I'd like to go back down there again someday, but man do I hate planes. Ugh. I'll just drive next time or something and stay for like a month, get a short term rental or whatever.  But we made it back and I've been spending the past week writing my butt off. During vacation, I was able to finish not one, but TWO books. The Quest for Cowmelot was finished and released on 2/27 while Beta's Bliss was finished in the past couple of days and it's set to release on 3/8. 1/14/23 --- Alpha's Rejection out at midnight!

 Today was a day full of D&D, chaotic choices, and watching Muppet movies. I play D&D with my group, the Atlaran Adventuring Company on Twitch each weekend and we always have a great time. Today my character Noah, made a lot of chaotic choices and is currently one hit away from being killed by an actual god. However, we had to stop mid-battle due to others needing to get on the road for other plans, so we'll get back to it next week and see what kind of insanity we can get into! I can't wait to write a book about Noah Borago someday. He is really an amazing character! I've had so much fun playing him for the last year. The boys and I ordered out tonight, burgers from a local place, and hung out before one of them went out to the theatre. There was a show playing with a lot of historical and cultural experience (I was supposed to go) but it was kind of a huge downer of a show and I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm still burnt out from the holidays. 2/10/23 --- Craziest work day in a long time....

 These past couple of days at work have been absolute murder. I've NEVER been so unbelievably busy. Like to the point where even a bathroom break is not an option and that's insane. I spent 3 full hours in meetings this morning, back to back, then spent the rest of the day working my ass off so we could just barely end the day with only one thing left to do. Literally, 8 straight hours of craziness and I am NOT a fan. Days like today are the reason I keep driving at being a full-time author. Working a day job like this one and then working for 4-5 hours a day on my author stuff on top of all that really doesn't leave me a lot of time to spend with my boys or doing much else with my life. I'd like to get outside or have a moment to run errands if I need them. I can't even schedule appointments to get my car fixed or get new glasses at this point. And the worst part is, I'm the ONLY person on my team at work, so taking time off isn't really an option. Of cours
